Climate Change

Climate change is the effect of humans emitting enormous amounts of carbon dioxide, mostly, which changes the global climate patterns. It is a major threat to us on this planet. It is everyone's responsibility to address the issue; we all play a role in the problem, so we can also play a role in the solution. The first steps to make a change is to acknowledge the issue and want to help. Climate change affects everyone on Earth, so no matter who you are, you should care about the issue.

As a society we can each be a part of the solution. We can vote for people who care for the environment and can actually enforce environmental laws. We, as individuals, can play a part by buying less beef to help with the amount of methane released. Or, one can simply buy less processed foods and lessen pollution from shipping and manufacturing. These are just a couple of examples of how we can help with climate change.

  1. I agree that the first step is to actually acknowledge the issue. Many Americans know about it but don't care because it isn't hurting them too much. I liked your idea of actually being able to enforce climate laws and overall it was a good blog.
